Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using the dikwin platform. This document forms the basis of the agreement between you and us.
Introduction and Scope
These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the dikwin platform and all its services. By visiting the dikwin website, creating an account, or playing any game, you are considered to have agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please refrain from using our platform.
dikwin is an online betting and casino platform that provides entertainment gaming services for users in Bangladesh. Our platform offers a variety of entertainment including slots, casino games, sports betting and card games.

Eligibility and Age Restriction
1.1 Age Restriction
The dikwin platform is for those aged 21 and above only. Use of this platform by minors is strictly prohibited. You must confirm your correct age at the time of account registration. dikwin reserves the right to verify age at any time.
If it is proven that a user has been operating an account while under the age of 21, that account will be closed immediately and all associated deposits and winnings will be forfeited.
1.2 Personal Eligibility

- Operate the account in your own name and with your own information.
- Use this platform of your own free will and independently.
- Ensure that online gaming is not legally prohibited in the country or region where you reside.

1.3 Single Account
Each user may open only one account. If the same person operates multiple accounts, all accounts will be closed and all bonuses and winnings will be considered void.
Account Registration and Management
2.1 Providing Accurate Information
At the time of account registration you must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date personal information. Opening an account with false information is a direct violation of these terms and conditions and may result in the account being closed.
2.2 Account Security
It is your responsibility to keep your account login details (username and password) completely confidential. You will be personally responsible for all activities carried out using your account. If you suspect that someone has gained unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately.
2.3 Account Verification (KYC)
For security and regulatory reasons, dikwin may conduct an identity verification (Know Your Customer — KYC) process at any time. You may be asked to submit a national identity card, passport or other documents. The withdrawal process may be put on hold until verification is complete.
2.4 Account Closure
You may request to close your account at any time through our support. dikwin also reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close your account in the event of a rule violation.
Deposit and Withdrawal Policy
3.1 Deposit Terms
The minimum deposit amount on the dikwin platform is ৳100. Our supported payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer. All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).
- Minimum deposit: ৳100 (per method).
- The correct amount and reference number must be included when making a deposit.
- Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.
- Deposited funds must come from the account of the same individual only.
3.2 Withdrawal Terms
A minimum amount of ৳500 applies for withdrawals from dikwin. Withdrawal processing generally takes 10 to 45 minutes. However, delays may occur if a verification process is ongoing.
- Minimum withdrawal: ৳500.
- Withdrawal requests can only be made from verified accounts.
- Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
- Withdrawals may be put on hold in the case of suspicious transactions.
3.3 Fraudulent Transactions
If a user deposits funds into an account through fraudulent, fake or illegal transactions, that account will be closed immediately and the funds involved will be forfeited. dikwin reserves the right to take legal action if necessary.
Bonus and Promotion Policy
4.1 Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example, if you deposit ৳1,000 you will receive a ৳1,000 bonus and your total balance will be ৳2,000. If you deposit ৳18,000 or more you will receive the maximum bonus of ৳8,000 and your total balance will be ৳26,000.
4.2 Wagering Requirement
A 20x wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus. This means you must wager 20 times the bonus amount before withdrawing the bonus funds. For example, for a ৳1,000 bonus you must place a total of ৳20,000 in wagers.
4.3 General Bonus Terms
- Each bonus offer has its own validity period and conditions, which will be stated in the offer details.
- Bonuses are for personal use only; transferring or selling bonuses is prohibited.
- dikwin reserves the right to cancel bonuses if suspicious bonus use or strategic abuse is detected.
- Multiple bonuses cannot be claimed from the same household or the same device.
- Unused bonuses will be automatically cancelled after they expire.
4.4 VIP Program
The dikwin VIP program has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Weekly cashback is provided at each tier:
- Bronze: up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
- Silver: up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
- Gold: up to 0.9% weekly cashback.
- Platinum: up to 1.2% weekly cashback.
- Diamond: up to 1.5% weekly cashback.
Users advance to higher tiers based on regular gaming activity and engagement with the platform. VIP benefits are subject to change at dikwin's discretion.
Gaming Rules
5.1 Fair Play Policy
dikwin is committed to ensuring a fair and transparent gaming environment. All our games are operated on the basis of impartial Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Attempting to alter or hack game outcomes in any way is strictly prohibited.
5.2 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the dikwin platform:
- Placing bets using software bots or automated strategies.
- Taking advantage of bonuses through multiple accounts.
- Attempting to interfere with or manipulate game software.
- Colluding with other players to gain an unlawful advantage.
- Intentionally exploiting technical glitches in the platform.
If any of the above activities are detected, the account will be closed immediately and all funds earned will be forfeited.
5.3 Technical Errors
dikwin reserves the right to declare void and invalid any results or rewards displayed incorrectly due to a technical error or system failure. Server records will be considered the final proof.
